: Release Info: :
: :
: 679 Recordings' mission to bring grime to the masses continues with the :
: second installment of the Run the Road series. Compiled by 679's :
: Dan Stacey and grime media stars Chantelle Fiddy and DJ Cameo, the :
: 16 tracks contained on this compilation highlight the energy of the scene :
: and why it really should be bigger than it is. From the frantic mentalism :
: of Kano & Low Deep's Get Set, through the mellow yet disturbing balladry :
: of Plan B to the poppy cheekiness of Lady Sovereign, Run the Road 2 :
: represents the sound of grime '05. Pure nang! :
: :
: Support the scene we love: go out and bag your copy. :
