Release Notes: ░██▓
██▒
relentless emcee by age 9, a self taught pianist, ██░
multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer by age 14, ██
Heron De Marco, has been stunning audiences with his brash ██
and poignant lyrics, as well his penchant for composing lush ██
and memorable melodies that blur the lines of musical ██
genres. Hailing from the grimy underbelly of Far Rockaway ██
Queens some say Heron sounds like Nas, and Emimem sporting ██
Hendrix's guitar chops, layered over DJ premier's Boom Bap. ██
No stranger to performing he has dropped sonic napalm on the ██
stage of many open mic clubs within the New York area. As a ██
lyricist he is abrasive, witty, humorous, and introspective. ██
As a producer and composer he's dark, jazzy, bluesy, and ██
experimental. Heron has never allowed himself to be confined ██
to any conservative ideas and enjoys pushing the boundaries ██
of hip hop, rock, metal, and jazz to forge his own sonic ██
gumbo sprinkled with out of the box thought and energy. With ██
his new album Mutiny on the horizon he plans to make his ██
mark on the industry by way of burning down the backdoor ██
with his verbal blowtorch. You've been warned. ██
