House from Argentina travelling through France and now over the net 8-)
CIUDAD FELIZ was the first production aliases of a group of five people:
Fernando Pulchino, Julian Sanza, Luciano Siclari, Ariel Lanfrit and Juan
Manuel Martinez. They started to produce electronic music in 1997 at
their bedrooms in their hometown Mar del Plata, Argentina, and released
their debut album "Barrenador" in the year 2000 that they began to move
further into their recording career as they got signed to 75th House
Street and Silver Network labels in Paris. Later that year they also
start to produce for Canadian label Stickman Records.
The early releases caused a stir amongst the international house scene
and some of these tracks have been featured on some high profile
compilations around the world. Nowadays Ciudad Feliz members are
working on different projects. Fernando and Julian are producing for
2020Vision as Silver City while Smoking Kills is the new project for
Luciano and Ariel. Juan Manuel keeps busy playing his sax with various
jazz bands and different DJ's.
