ids : jackmate / soulphiction / supatone. dj since 1987. played the
first hiphop-jams in the stuttgart-area. 1992 he founded the hiphop-project
"agit jazz", together with maximilian herre (nowadays "freundeskreis").
working at the infamous "imports etc." record-store in 1989 he
becameinfected to the classic chicago-house sound of larry heard, lil
louis a.o. 1989 he started producing his own tracks, but it took time to
release his first record in 1996 on the "stir15"-imprint of c-rock
(frankfurt). 2005 he`s back on the stage, with some infecting live-sets
under the ids of jackmate and soulphiction. catch his unique releases
on labels like pokerflat, perlon, playhouse, mosaic, treibstoff or his
own philpot records.
