The albums picks up where "Juice" left off, featuring
background singers The Shades of Black. "Cold Spending My
$ Money" sounds as potent as "The Rain." "U Bring Out the
Best in Me" features strong bass vocals, a delightful
counterpart to Juice's crystal-shattering falsetto."Not on
the Outside," the Moments' first recording, gets a needed
update. "Rock the Night Away" is smooth, and the humorous
"We Were Friends" tells it like it is. Everything and then
some is on GTO, including a winning duet with Alyson
Williams.
