Above & Beyond is a trio made up of producers Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness &
Paavo Sijamki who all got together 5 years ago to do a Chakra remix.
All 3 had been making music sucessfully for many years under different alias'
such as OCEANLAB, FREESTATE, TRANQUILITY BASE, POS, NITROMETHANE & DIRT DEVILS.
These guys have made their reputation as Above & Beyond through their remixing
capabilities, crossing over into the big league when Madonna used their remix
for her video clip of "About a Girl" instead of the album version.
They've also very successfully remixed the likes of Dido, Armin Van Burin &
Pendulum plus many more.
These guys also run their own well know label - Anjunabeats a label to be found
in many international DJ's record box's.
Above and Beyond have been steadily gaining a killer DJ reputation, becoming the
"Darlings" of the trance scene.
