Bright Red Paper is from Portland, Oregon. Its human resources
consist of: Eben Dickinson and his cousin Daniel Enberg,
Arcellus Sykes and Douglas Jenkins, partnered respectively with
percussion, guitar, bass and cello.
The music of Bright Red Paper is structured and tight
scientifically, but not mathematically so. While the timbre of
the music is rich and lush, it is also full of movement.
Bright red paper can be found around Portland, Oregon in
various forms. As a band, Bright Red Paper is currently booking
shows for the summer. Daniel and Douglas can also be found
performing at least once per week in a diverse assortment of
venues (and non-venues), from cafes and art galleries to
parties and shops such as Local 35 on Hawthorne street.
