This is the debut release on Yenara Records, a London-based label run by
producer / musicians Tansay Omar and Marc Brown. Tansay is known as a
supreme rhythmist and Marc recognised for his inventive production style
with projects like Smoke City and KV5. It's also a debut for the label's
new project, The Humble Few, who are a collective of musicians, producers
and singers. Here they showcase their reggae style with a Studio One
reworking of "Chicken Dubs" on side A (I bet Mr Scruff will be loving that
bass wobble half way through!), and a cover of The Zutons "Confusion" on
the flip.
