This is a GENUINE double A-side single featuring as it does,
an-artist-a-side. It is also the very first release on the latest RECORD
LABEL to come from BrightonÆs burgeoning music scene, FRESHLY SQUEEZED. It
includes one of the best tracks each from the forthcoming LEMON and THE
VOODOO TROMBONE QUARTET albums. For LEMON this is the lastest in their cult
series of sold-out Limited Edition 7ö singles. For the VTQ it is their
debut release. Side A features LEMONÆs raunchy dance-floor cover of the
classic SUZIE Q. This re-working of the late 60Æs favourite is famously the
track playing in the scene from the film ôApocalypse Nowö when the Bunny
Girls emerge from the helicopter. It was also the break-through hit for
Credence Clearwater Revival. Side AA features a prime cut from new artist
THE VOODOO TROMBONE QUARTET. This is a band that created a massive buzz on
the web with their cut n paste demos, and here is their first proper
release. Something of a tall story and a real summertime toe-tapper of a
tune, we guarantee anyone who hears it will be won over by the easy summer
vibe and infectious spirit.
