all-star remix package for mark de clive-lowe on abb
soul/antipodean. the phuturistix treat "state of the mental" with
the respect it deserves, although they do give it a bit of extra
jerk and some new tightly compressed breaks. then maddslinky steps
up alone for a stripped back-to-the-bone dub - rawer, spookier and
slower than the phuturistix version. finally mr domu comes over
all electric jazz with his take on "traveling", taming bembe
segue's vocals down with a mega-analogue squeeze.
