Yorkshire's very own keepers of the funk The New Mastersounds deliver two
exclusive unreleased tracks for Freestyle as a taster for the forthcoming 'Stay
On The Groove' compilation. Two-Note Brown is a ælive remixÆ of the Mastersounds
first single æOne Note BrownÆ. Pacier and dirtier than the original, this was
recorded around the time of their first album and has been sitting in the vaults
ever since. Likewise for æFast ManÆ on the flip, a heavy cover of an obscure
funk track introduced to the band by Keb Darge and featuring an extended line up
including Cleve Freckleton on vocals and the Haggis Horns brass section.
