Do is Joseba Irazoki, a guitarist from the
mountains of Euskadi. This amazing album speaks of
the roots of trees and tangled power cables
linking his world with ours. His technique is a
deft but simple electric guitar skill with the
emotion of a letter-writing dreamer, and
comfortable electronics.
As research tells us, his language, Euskera, has
no known roots in any other language in the world:
not latin, not germanic, not greek or arabic. It
is a mythic and wonderful sound, and as connected
to the mountains as the wildflowers.
