bitrate. If you have an mp3 player which could only accept low bitrate
music files(for example 128K bitrate), then this utility is a must
have. If you want your mp3 player to save more music files, you could
convert all your big high bitrate mp3 files into small low bitrate
files without huge impact the sound quality if you choose the bitrate
no less than 128K.
