Steel is another alias by Martin Damm, the producer mainly known for
his releases as Biochip C. and Speedfreak. Side A of this well done
7inch features "Crackstep": fast stepping beats which get more and more
fucked up by everything what a DSP-effect can offer. Side B presents a
"Whoo-ha-Acapella meets House Of Pain on a distorted electro-crack-stepbeat".
Amazing and fresh. (from http://www.digitalworldnet.com)
Here are coming 2 crackstep hymns by Steel
Another great record by Martin Damm aka
Biochip C/ The Speedfreak/ Phase IV/ Search & Destroy
and many more. Side A comes with a hymn giving the term "crackstep"
it┤s name: a fast stepping beat which gets during the track more and more
fucked up by freaked out DSP-effects. Totally mad.
On Side B Whoo-ha-Acapella meets House Of Pain on a
distorted electro-crack-stepbeat. Wicked stuff !
