| It was hard to see what some groups released to 0day in the last years
| (and even still releasing?!). We are talking about stolen templates from
| several websites and forums which also offer rips (templates which don't
| contain any source files because they are grabbed from the developers
| demo) all packed in incomplete template packs (just take a look at the
| SPK100 releases) including rips, bad packs, wrong numbered and even some
| rars are still containing comments from websites/forums.
| Then we got some candidates who tagged their template releases as cracked
| or don't even include a nfo (like ITS0dAY or LiThIuM) - releases like this
| are not valid.

| Templates are no instrument to push up your release stats, if you are not
| related to them stop releasing. (this goes out to groups like DVT or RiSCED)
|
| That's why we want to inform you, especially the siteops and nukers ...
|
| - Web stealer groups should be banned ASAP (like in all other sections)
| - Templates are always RETAIL (no Retail tag) and don't have to be cracked
| - Templates can NOT be compared to any other 0day releasing type like fonts,
| imagesets etc. because they serve a incomparable purpose.
| - Templates have to include a source because they are useless without it
| (that means Incl.Source tags are useless, too)
| - Templates have to include a exact number or version to form a general
| overview for all groups.
| - Templates have to be complete, working and clean (no thumbs.db files etc.)
|
| You won't see any parts or collections of us because we think this isn't
| the sort of releasing this to 0day and don't want to force people downloading
| the whole collection if they are only searching for a single one.
|
| Conclusion: There was so much CRAP in the past - we do it the PROPER way.
