         █░█    AUTOBIOGRAPHY                                      █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    I think music should be honest, unique, and        █░█
         █░█    beautiful.                                         █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    In the mid 80s, I was a little girl in a small     █░█
         █░█    town called Corunna, Ontario. I loved colouring    █░█
         █░█    and dancing to Sharon, Lois & Braham.              █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    Fast-forward to the late 90s, after losing a       █░█
         █░█    baseball game. I suddenly had the urge to play my  █░█
         █░█    dad's guitar. I very quickly learned and began     █░█
         █░█    instinctively songwriting - songs to imaginary     █░█
         █░█    lovers and songs about random things that were on  █░█
         █░█    my mind. As my repertoire grew, I started playing  █░█
         █░█    venues around the area with much local support. I  █░█
         █░█    was even asked to play in a band with cool, older  █░█
         █░█    kids in high school which was a great experience.  █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    July '03, I released my first, completely          █░█
         █░█    homemade, independent album [One] consisting of    █░█
         █░█    ten original songs. It was quite the learning      █░█
         █░█    experience, and quite a rewarding one. I sent the  █░█
         █░█    profits of my CD release party to World Vision     █░█
         █░█    and felt a little better about things.             █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    September '04, I moved to Toronto to learn about   █░█
         █░█    the music industry at the Harris Institute (not    █░█
         █░█    the "Hairs Institute", as it is often misheard -   █░█
         █░█    it's not a hairdressing school). Since moving      █░█
         █░█    here I've been playing open mics and small venues  █░█
         █░█    around town, and constantly writing. Falling in    █░█
         █░█    love - the kind i've always dreamt about - has     █░█
         █░█    caused me to write love songs...                   █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    And now I have the power to conquer my dreams.     █░█
