Brotha Lynch Hung's seminal MASTERPIECE 'Season of Da Siccness (The
Resurrection)'

Originally released in 1995, this is one of the best albums to ever come out of
the bay area, imo. It's by far Brotha Lynch Hung's best work -- that's not to
say his other records are bad by any means, but this one planted the fuckin
flag!

This is the 2005 re-issue by Black Market Records. There's ZERO difference
between it and the original in terms of audio/tracklist/mix/mastering/etc. I
have compared the 2 relentlessly - It is identical in sound (which is what
matters, imo). The only differences are physical - front cover is only one
2-sided paper sheet because BMR are cheap fuccs (the oriignal release was an
actual multi-page booklet with liner notes, artwork, production credits, etc.),
the matrix and UPC barcode are different from the orginal version, different
catalog #, and the back cover has had some text and logos removed (no references
to Priority Records for example). However, it sounds the EXACT same as the '95
release (which is a !good! thing)

Anyway, enjoy this one -- if this album isn't a 'classic' then there is no such
