Im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Veröffentlichungen besticht
ALLES MIT ALLEM besonders durch seinen intimen und
getragenen Charakter. Gastmusiker Jann Michael Engel
verleiht mit seinem Cello den Liedern noch mehr Tiefe. Der
aus Göttingen stammende Musiker hat uns schon während der
gemeinsamen Anne Clark-Tourneen durch ganz Europa begleitet.
Im Zentrum des Werks stehen die Texte auf einem Kontinuum
zwischen Brechtscher Revolutionslyrik und poprelevanten
Stadionhymnen. Das einzig bisher unveröffentlichte Lied des
Albums, GEGEN VERFÜHRUNG, ist gar ein Gedicht Bertolt
Brecht's: mit offizieller Genehmigung des Suhrkamp-Verlags
durfte die Band das Werk des Dramatikers vertonen. Die
Live-Aufnahmen der beiden Akustik-Konzerte im Stadttheater
Kempten 2017 und der Rosenau in Stuttgart 2018 bilden den
Kern dieser Veröffentlichung. ALLES MIT ALLEM ist ein
bewusster Kontrapunkt zu den elektronisch durchwobenen Alben
der Band - eine Reduktion auf das Wesentliche: Melodie,
Klang und Wort.
