║ Mirages is a melodic metal band from Lake Charles, Louisiana. The ║
║ group prides itself on its execution of fusing heavy, low-tuned ║
║ music with a mature sense of harmony and clean atmospheric ║
║ production. Fresh off the production of their debut EP, the band has ║
║ been performing locally and regionally to build traction for ║
║ 'Vista'. ║

║ With roots tracing back to 2013, the band saw many lineup changes in ║
║ its early years. Former iterations have performed styles of music ║
║ that span rock, progressive, and metal genres alike. Solidifying as ║
║ a 6-piece band in 2019 has brought with it a focused musical ║
║ approach; one that hopes to provide a very open landscape for the ║
║ band's challenging and introspective lyrics. ║

║ Performing alongside notable Louisiana acts such Weeping Hour and ║
║ Rogue, as well holding down direct support for national acts such as ║
║ Darkness Divided and Invent, Animate have shaped the group's live ║

║ of room left for improvisational reimaginings of the band's melodic ║
