 From 1970s Hawaii on to modern day New Jersey, Don Slepian has enjoyed a reputation
 as one of new ageÆs most respected and technologically-advanced synthesists.

 The 1980 companion album to Sea of Bliss, Open Spaces found Slepian mining side-long
 length compositions focused around the Alles synthesizer. The sparsely arranged and
 seemingly endless arpeggios give the whole thing an improvised feel.
