"Kazuki Tomokawa's gigs are now a lot less frequent than they
used to be, and his August 2005 Osaka date was his first in
Kansai for quite some time. But accompanied by his long-time
trio of Toshi Ishizuka on percussion and Masato Nagahata on
piano, this was, in Tomokawa's own estimation, the best gig
that this trio has ever played. It was far too good a
performance to be left to fading memories, and Tomokawa himself
talked PSF into releasing it. Sixteen tracks of his patented
soul-folk, emotionally charged and devastating as all hell." --

difficult to put into English, but here are some (very rough)
Japanese translations:
01 Erise no me - Elise's Eyes.
02 Yutoriro no Nigeashi - Yutoriro's Escape.
03 Midare Donpan Bushi - 'Midare' roughly means "out of tune,
arrhythmical". 'Donpan Bushi' is a kind of folk tune or melody
04 - Hitotsu no Meruhen - 'Hitotsu' means 'one'.
05 - Saakasu - Circus.
06 - Otouto - Younger Brother.
07 - Kuana no Eki - Kuana Train Station.
08 - Ayakashi no Tsuki - 'Tsuki' means moon. 'Ayakashi' could
mean "dreamlike".
09 - Satoru - Satoru (a boy's name).
10 - Haru wa Satsujin - Spring is Murder.
11 - Pisutoru - Pistol.
12 - Kojyo - On the Lake.
13 - Akai Porian - Red Polyanthus.
14 - Warutsu - Waltz.
15 - Ikitterutte Ittemiro - 'Ikitterutte' means "I'm alive".
'Ittemiro' means "Try to say". Together they could mean, "Try
to Say You're Alive".
