█░█ Industries, a UK indie label run by brothers █░█
█░█ Ollie and Matt Jacob. And we're not talking about █░█
█░█ finding the occasional dead mouse under piles of █░█
█░█ unsold 7"s either, although that does happen. No, █░█
█░█ we're talking about the two years in which █░█
█░█ Memphis Industries somehow found itself as a █░█
█░█ bonafide indie hit factory. It's a beautiful tale █░█
█░█ of an overly hirsute caterpillar morphing into an █░█
█░█ intricately-patterned butterfly with impeccable █░█
█░█ musical taste. And The Memphis Family Album, █░█
█░█ available exclusively on iTunes on February 1st, █░█

█░█ Things kick off with The Go! Team's "We Just Wont █░█
█░█ Be Defeated," a song originally intended as a █░█
█░█ B-side, but so damn fine it ended up on the █░█

█░█ Thunder Lightning Strike LP. The album also █░█
█░█ includes a cut from the record called "Friendship █░█

█░█ best or the worst record in Memphis's history, █░█
█░█ the great man took our advice and has been █░█
█░█ working on a follow up. "The Band," a sneak peek █░█
█░█ from the new album, confirms that when the █░█
█░█ album's done, there won't be any doubt as to █░█
█░█ where it stands in the Memphis pantheon. The █░█
█░█ Squire's grubby handprints are all over Fort █░█
█░█ Lauderdale's "The Chilling Place" too - if you've █░█
