It has been a long year since the last MACHINEDRUM album came out
on Merck, in that time Machine Drum (aka Travis Stewart) has been
busy touring the US and Japan. He has devepole what is definitely
his most mature album yet, 'Living Exponentially'. Stewart takes
one part 'Bidnezz,' a touch of 'Salmataxia,' and a whole slew of
live instrumentation and mixes them together in a blender to get
'Living Exponentially.' The album delves into dense melodic
loveliness and intricate IDM, as well as lots of instrumental
studio recordings layered amongst delicate and dense textures. The
compositions are smooth head nodders filled with the classic
Machine Drum sound mixed with live instruments of the jazz and
rock influence. Limited to 1000 copys
