Connecticut country-folk-singer Kath Bloom made a series of
records with avant-garde guitarist Loren Mazzacane in the late
70s and early 80s, but has only put out a handful of self-
released CD-Rs since 1984. She writes some of the most heart-
breaking and beautiful songs around and has a voice that just
has to be heard to be believed. Chapter commissioned and
compiled this CD from recordings Kath has made since the early
90s, including the song Come Here as heard in Richard
Linklater's movie Before Sunrise. One of American music's last
remaining undiscovered legends. Includes a 12 page booklet with
comprehensive liner notes.
