█ one week after returning from extensive touring with █
█ my favorite "rock band" in the world, akron/family █
█ checked into the studio to record this album. the █
█ songs, including five of my own performed with █
█ akron/family serving as (my) angels of light, were █
█ tracked live to tape and mixed, with minimal █
█ overdubs, in just nine eight-hour days. while on the █
█ road i watched every show this band played, from █
█ beginning to end, for nearly forty consecutive █
█ nights, and was amazed every time. audience response █
█ was astounding; these guys simply tore down the roof. █
