This one is massive we tell you! Innocent Sorcerers hailing from Warzava, Polen
made the whole Raw Fusion crew bump like never before when these two cuts went
through the office speakers. With one foot in jazz and the other in electronic
funk the Innocent Sorcerers crew have delivered two impressive dance floor
nuggets that will please Detroit house heads, broken beat freaks and the jazz
warriors alike. The first cut One Dollar Race is a melting pot of Detroit
inspired house rhythms, funky wobble-bass madness and a lil' touch of jazz.
Imagine a blend of Pepe Bradock, Carl Craig and Sahib Shihab... cool eh? This is
truly a serious production with many surprises and great club potential. Btw,
check the dope breakdown... absolute madness! The second cut display the boys
love for jazz. The track is actually their rework of Polish jazz hero Krysztof
Komeda's "Innocent Sorcerers" which was the title score in Andrzej Wajda movie
with the same name. With fierce broken beats, 60's jazz hooks and crazy vocal
samples they whop it up in a way you've never heard before. Polish warrior jazz
for the worldwide crew no doubt!
