Christian Vila: deejay, producer and remixer, born in
Barcelona, Spain. Since very young, he showed a great
interest for the electronic music, not only musically but
a way of life. This made him materialize his way to
understand music on several clubs like NAIANDEI, WALL
STREET or SOTAVENTO, building like this the foundation of
his own musical style reflected on his records.
In the beginning of the 2000, Christian Vila joined GROUP
CHIC, giving priority to his professional projects as a
deejay. In 2002, he recieved an offer from the
prestigious studio of the official dj's academy DMC
PLASTIC (Barcelona), and he accepted the position of
studio manager. In the same year he combined the
management of PLASTIC ESTUDIS and the label NOTA A NOTA
RECORDS.
At the end of 2003, one of the most important house
labels in Spain, TANGA RECORDS (Vale Music), bases
Christian Vila and publishes his first release called
"TIMBA", included in several charts, like Paul Elalouf's
playlist of the Florida's radio program MUSIC ESSENTIAL
BEATS. Adding the title 'producer' to his name, Christian
Vila received several bookings at a number of clubs.
Christian Vila also produces electronic music under the
alias 'BOCCANADA', and has produced successful tracks
like "Fuego" on the record label CASSAGRANDE.
In the beginning of 2004, he played several times as a
guest deejay at the mitical club BISOU (Sabadell, Spain)
where he now has a residency every Sunday night playing
to a selected audience of electronic music lovers.
