           █   Dervin ôVercityö Walker was born and raised in      █
           █   Jamaica and now lives in New Jersey. He started     █
           █   his musical journey many years ago at Sunday        █
           █   School concerts and karaoke on the weekend with     █
           █   neighborhood kids. Vercity grew up with a strong    █
           █   love for music and a fearless attitude for          █
           █   performing for people which he says came from       █
           █   watching his mom sing, preach, and testify in the   █
           █   church as far back as he can remember.              █
           █                                                       █
           █   Vercity now writes his own lyrics, arranges his     █
           █   songs, and started his own label, D-Pod Records.    █
           █   ôWith the strength from God and confidence in       █
           █   myself, I will continue to write, practice, and     █
           █   exercise on my quest to be the best artist I can    █
           █   be. Every song I write is my reality. Ask me        █
           █   about it and IÆll tell you,ö says Vercity.          █
