         █░█    and here's more reasons why.                       █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    Since their first show in May 2003, The Doers      █░█
         █░█    (Sean, Barry, Sarah Jane, and Jerf) have           █░█
         █░█    performed over 200 shows across Canada and the     █░█
         █░█    US. They've shared the stage with wonderful        █░█
         █░█    humans like Mike Watt, Grant Hart from Hⁿsker Dⁿ,  █░█
         █░█    Nardwaur the Human Serviette, Nomeansno, Black     █░█
         █░█    Mountain, Greg Macpherson, and the Weakerthans.    █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    In 2004, The Doers signed a three-record           █░█
         █░█    Canadian-exclusive licensing deal with Vancouver   █░█
         █░█    independent label Red Cat Records.  Their debut    █░█
         █░█    CD+ EP Ready, Set, Do/ I Can Enjoy Almost          █░█
         █░█    Anything, (featuring guest Mike Watt on electric   █░█
         █░█    bass,) was released on September 14, 2004 and      █░█
         █░█    charted at number 11 on Earshot! charts for the    █░█
         █░█    month of November.                                 █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    The Doers toured 55 dates in 60 days from          █░█
         █░█    Victoria, BC to St. John's, Nfld. Ready, Set, Do   █░█
         █░█    was also released in the US in May 2005 through    █░█
         █░█    Nail Distribution.                                 █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    Shortly after touring The Doers recorded a         █░█
         █░█    nationally-aired live set for CBC Radio, another   █░█
         █░█    live set was recorded for the Live At The Hive     █░█
         █░█    Sessions, which showcases some of the Hive's most  █░█
         █░█    inspiring customers, (as featured in the Globe     █░█
         █░█    and Mail's arts section.) After another month of   █░█
         █░█    touring they returned to the studio to record      █░█
         █░█    their sophomore release Whatcha Doin?, a 19 song,  █░█
         █░█    41 minute record that's due to be released in      █░█
         █░█    March 2006. The Doers continued writing through    █░█
         █░█    the recording of Whatcha Doin? and compiled        █░█
         █░█    material for The Plastic Bass EP, recorded over    █░█
         █░█    two days in August 2005, and limited to 500        █░█
         █░█    handmade copies.                                   █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    The Plastic Bass EP recently debuted at number 1   █░█
         █░█    on CiTR (Vancouver's college radio). This          █░█
         █░█    enhanced release with artwork from Sean includes   █░█
         █░█    The Doers first video, "As Good As Dead" which     █░█
         █░█    features live footage from some of the recent      █░█
         █░█    Doers shows.                                       █░█

         █░█    In support of the Plastic Bass EP, The Doers will  █░█
         █░█    be touring in November, and a spring tour is in    █░█
         █░█    the works.                                         █░█
