Our builds are configured to run scripts using the skin PM III
(w00t to Chokemaniac and JMarshall) provided, changing the
skin may cause loss of features, loss of sub-menu
functionality, and maybe a non-working release!

For the best results always upgrade from a prior fedR install,
whenever you are in doubt wipe your XBMC and just FTP the
entire directory included in this package **IT IS COMPLETE**!
We always leave info at the beginning of our notes if
xboxmediacenter.xml has been modified by the developers since
our last release. If it hasn't then you can just use your
existing one, if it has you can compare your old one to the
modified one included and just bring over the changed/added
content.
--HINT-- Check the add/fixed log below for hints on what may
have changed in the xboxmediacenter.xml! I always include my
optimized xml and a virgin untouched xml for your
convenience!

Q. I want to add some scripts and maybe modify what's on that

A. Scripts of all types can be found at htttp://xbmcscripts.com

A. Take a look at Skins/PM3/PAL/DialogSubMenu.xml you can add
and change the script linking however u want, its pretty
straight-forward and you can use notepad/wordpad
Q. I'm using this so called oober xml u guys made... why is it
when I go into Videos, Music, Pictures that I hang for a bit
first?
A. Have a look at the xml see these tags:
<default>smb://xbox:xbox@192.168.0.3/tserver/movies/</default>
correct them or if you don't know how then just make all 3
<default></default>
(You really should learn to set smb correctly though, it goes
far in making your XBMC install tweaked to your network...

Q. OK, yer xml is oober but whats this I see you made an section
just for the other dashes I use. How do I make it so I can get
to them easily?
A. Easy, just make a folder on you C drive called Alt_Dashes and
in there start making subfolders and putting other dashes in
them like ... C:\Alt_Dashes\Avalaunch\default.xbe. You will be
able to access them from My Programs by choosing Dashboards

Thanx to Bubbadood, basicly what this does is it allows xtender
remote users the ability to still take screenshots from the Home
Screen using the record button, enables shutdown-menu with shutdown
button from the Home Screen, and allows PlayerMenu from the Home
Screen using the Window and Start Button
