Kath Bloom is a legendary singer-songwriter who has released 5
fine collaborated albums in the early 80's with a well-known
guitarist, Loren Mazzacane Connors, who has given a strong
influence to Sonic Youth and Jim O'rourke, but she never has
released any recordings out after that until now. Those
records have been only pressed a few, so they are traded
expensively. This release is to be an international premiere
of her solo work, including her songs made between the 80's to
the 90's. Her music is based on an American folk/ country
style, very sensitive and gentle, and her songs where she
sings so emotionally sometimes resonate so freshly to our ears
and make us recall something nostalgic.
