As announced exclusively last night via í«Metronomy
TVí», the ever innovative electronic indie-pop
collective Metronomy have shared details of the release
of Oscar Cash Forever, out on Friday 10 April via
Because Music. Created by Metronomy member and
multi-instrumentalist Oscar Cash, Oscar Cash Forever is
a collection of original tracks inspired by songs from
the bandí»s 2019 album Metronomy Forever. Oscar Cash
Forever originally featured as a surprise vinyl in the
deluxe physical edition of Metronomy Forever, but for
the first time is now getting its own digital release.
Named after keyboard sounds, Oscar Cash Forever seeks
inspiration from standout tracks from Metronomy Forever
including í«Salted Caramel Ice Creamí» (í«Distant
Horní»), í«The Lightí» (í«Glide Trumpetí»), and
í«Latelyí» / í«Whitsand Bayí» (í«Mellow Brassí»). See
