Notes:

Just a note about subtitles. The disk used for this release is the
Scandinavian BluRay. It contains no English subs at all. Since there are
some foreign talk throughout the movie, we thought that it was a problem.
We then looked at the CADAVER sd release. They used the UK DVD for their
release, and it doesn't have any English subs either. From that we gather
that it was meant by the creators, that the foreign parts didn't need
to be translated. If there is no subs on the UK DVD, we guess it is
supposed to be like that.
