     WH04 is surely the prettiest Withhold Records release to date.
     Once again the artist behind the tracks here is unknown, but if
     anything this withholding of information allows you to focus more
     fully on the beautiful music within. These tracks turn away from
     the jungle/IDM stylings of the first three Withhold, offering up
     instead some lackadaisical takes on house and electro. Indeed,
     WH04Æs opening track - graced with utilitarian title of A1 - is a
     near-seven-minute downtempo number which flickers and shimmers
     like a stargazing number from an early Nightmares On Wax album.
     There s classic Detroit and Chicago to the lilts of Azy and Moving
     before WH04 closes out on Cosmic Wind, a broken-beat electro jam
     that channels Derek Carr.
