Havana Remembered, a CD released in 2002 paid
homage to Traditional Cuban Music and was nominated
for a Juno Award. In July 2002, Duran joined with
pianist Marilyn Lerner, in an explosive and
original piano duet critically acclaimed by the
press, a highlight of the Ottawa Jazz Festival.
