'This EP is MONEY' is the long-awaited second release from Stephanie's Id,
pop-noir sensation from Asheville, NC. It was released on January 28, 2006 to a
packed house and has big shoes to fill... 2005's 'Spiral In' was both critically
acclaimed and lauded by fans. The recording was done in the studio in a
semi-live format, utilizing sound effects and the band's cabaret leanings to
create a pop-carnivalesque mini tour-de-force. Features the hit 'White Guys
Selling Cars', an a lazy a cappella song, a backstage version of 'Somethin' to
See',and a lush cover of Portishead's 'Glory Box'.
