Blaufield Music reveal the second edition of their FOURTUNES
series this May, welcoming Casper Cole, Blaktone, Philipp Straub
& Hacobb to the label. Launched in July 2019, Blaufield Music's
FOURTUNES series - curated by label bosses Booka Shade - sees
the iconic duo shine a spotlight onto four rising talents or
artists of note from across the globe. Following the success of
the first installment, 'FOURTUNES 2' welcome a fresh selection
of names in the form of Casper Cole, known for his 2019
collaboration with Elderbrook, rising Russian duo Blaktone,
Bedrock and Ovum artist Philipp Straub, and Athens-based talent
Hacobb this May. Casper Cole opens the package with the
electrifying 'Fader', fueled by uplifting tones and deep
melodies alongside powerful basslines, whilst Blaktone introduce
hard-hitting drums on 'Hypernova', powered by murky synths and
sharp snares. Next, Philipp Straub's cut 'Powwow' marries
organic percussion licks with soaring melodies and bright leads,
before closing via Haccob's 'Kite', merging atmospheric sweeps,
driving builds and low frequencies to round out proceedings.
