this ep is the first single release from digital jockey┤s "codeine
dub" album. by the way, it's the only chance to grab some of these
wonderful tracks on vinyl.
the special moods and melodies of the fragile originals have been
treated by remixers with respectfully crafted versions. melodic
and rhythmic varieties come clean here:
kieser.velten, well known for their legendary "showdown ep" on
g-stone, fell in love with digital jockeys album and thus they
contribute the stunning "ever burninn resmoke". lately, they were
as enthusiastic as asking for one more track to remix. our
pleasure... and well done guys! also understand this as a serious
teaser for more stuff by kieser.velten. soon to come is their new
"vital signs ep" on poets club records.
felix haaksman aka dutch rhythm combo moves some feet with
releases on pulver records and remixes for the likes of tosca,
shantel, rodney hunter and nickodemus. "addicted to wave" comes in
a freshly faced roots dub outfit and relies on the essentials:
