definitely one of the most eagerly awaited debut albums of 2002.
The Music release their debut self titled album through Hut Recordings on
September 2nd 2002. The album will be available on CD, limited CD featuring
special packaging and Double Vinyl LP. Recorded at Jacobs Studio in Surrey and
produced by Jim Abbiss, the album features ten tracks including their recent
single The People and forthcoming re-recorded single Take The Long Road And Walk
It together with a re-recorded version of Too High from the You Might As Well

As far as i'm concerned this is one of the best albums this year and i'm amazed
how these kids (all still in their teens) can pull out such intense and straight
forward tracks (getaway blows my head off at times). Robert Harvey's vocals may
not be everyones cup of tea, but once you get used to it, it's nothing to be
worried about. This one will probably end up in many personal top3s of 2002
(i know one for sure .)).
