Dynamite Joint Recordings was established at the beginning of 1999,
the aim of the label is to provide a platform for artists in the nu
jazz dance scene. Over the last two years the label has gone from
strength to strength, releasing not only singles but quality
compilations including the very high profile "Transatlantic Audio"
and most recently the start of the new "Inspirations " series
kicked off by the ever-eclectic dj / producer King Britt.
This album represents the singles, the artists might be new, but
are fast becoming established. Names such as KV5, Bell CafΘ Band,
Be Bop Dawg, Tate's Place, MB Hifi & Frankie Valentine are all
making their mark on the scene. Add the awesome reinterpretations
by the scenes biggest players including Jazzanova, Underwolves &
Kirk De Giorgio and we have a true representation of the label.
