The gentle unfolding of the central theme, placed with careful
precision using a haunting keyboard riff, is taken up by the
synths which then increase the depth and intensity of their
support in upwardly spiralling progressions. Almost
imperceptibly the parts that make up Manipulated Waters become
one fluid whole, yet the drop, following an extended build-up
that is carefully constructed for over 2 minutes, seems almost
to slide into place without any break at all except that now
it's defined by intense baseline beats. The return of the
keyboard theme at 3 minutes, overlaying central synths and
strings, coordinates and defines Manipulated Waters to its
smoothly flowing conclusion.
