Release Notes:
Longtime Mobb Deep affiliate representing Bed-Stuy,
Illa Ghee has steadily hustled the street mixtape
circuit into near superstar status. Bypassing
commercial radio, instead he has released a trifecta
of top-selling discs "Closed Session", "When Illa
Attacks" and "New York Crunk", demonstrating his
lyrical ability over virtually any style of beat
available, and has moved over 50,000 units to date.
Now on his next project
"Myrtle & Throop",
Illa Ghee takes it up a notch with
an official 'street album' using all original
produced beats over 21 tracks.
Music provided by Alchemist, Team Demo, Mr. Prez,
Beatman and more, plus lyrical guest apperances from
Prodigy of Mobb Deep, and Da League.
