The 'Rainbow Warriors EP' is inspired by 'The Outlaw Ocean' a book by
Ian Urbina. For more info check out

"Our musical approach is generally quite happy and funny. We thought
about adjusting our style for this project, since The Outlaw Ocean is
quite dystopian, but we decided to take on the challenge of keeping
our original approach, while finding humorous clips within IanÆs audio
library to supplement the style. The hilarious conversations between
sea captains, like the one with a Greenpeace ship called 'Rainbow
Warrior,' serve as a base for one of our tracks. It is so much fun
integrating these conversations into our music. And ideally, listeners
can more easily grasp a complicated theme when the song puts them in
high spirits.
One of the chapters that really touches us is ôThe Lone Patrol,ö which
highlights the problem of overfishing, something our whole generation
is responsible for. Illegal fishing plays a huge role in overfishing,
sometimes harming whole fish populations. This chapter taught us that
patrolling the waters can make a big difference."
