The long-awaited sixth release from Knee DeepÆs US label is sweetly handled by
the production skills of UK artist Richard Gow under his Rhythm Slaves guise.
Already delivering æMusicÆs in my SoulÆ for the label, RichardÆs trademark
jazz-funk sounds dominate the main mix with uplifting soothing keys and an
overall lush vibe perfectly complimenting Martin Luco on vocals.
For the remixes, impressive UK duo The Audiowhores go all dubby on us - taking
a step back from the jazz fueled original, and adding in a whole new hook-line
the guys capture a more driving sound whilst keeping the funk firmly in place
for
the floors. Finally Danish hot-shot Kid Massive cranks up the tempo, allowing a
retro fueled bassline and newly added spoken vocals, the track heads in a
deeper vibe building and building with further synth hooks and sweet piano licks
added to the mix.
