What started as a solo side project for Aaron Sinclair (The Lot Six, Drexel)
under the moniker "LaGuardia" has morphed into a monsterous collective known
simply as "Frank Smith". Numbering from one to six people at any time and
featuring other members of the Lot Six and Eyes Like Knives.
Aaron released his first solo material on his own in 2002 as LaGuardia. Since
Aaron had two other bands going and he played this material out infrequently, he
never bothered changing the name of the project, even though another band from
Philladelphia had come up with the same name. In the past few years, Aaron
recorded a glut of new material, started playing out more often, and decided to
go with the simple name, Frank Smith.
