abstrait music, formed in 1996 by raphaδl marionneau, proposes a different
approach to music and clubbing experience: offering relaxation to people looking
for something different and discovering new emotions. abstrait music provides
regular and special events, recordings, radio shows, room installations and club
concepts. welcome home, welcome to the couch culture.
le rythme abstrait volume 1
how does a saturday night sound before lift off? before the dj hypnotises the
clubbing crowd? before individual silhouettes vanish in the dancing masses?
before evening turns into night? "le rythme abstrait" is no chillout album û but
no dance album either. although this album is a new chapter in abstrait history,
the subtle connection with couch culture can be heard at once: without beats,
the album would be pure chillout. but raphaδl marionneau takes relaxation a step
further, from sofa to dancefloor, from evening to saturday night. these are
modern grooves.
