     El 9 de junio de 1984 la cancion Time After Time de Cyndi Lauper
     llego al primer lugar de las listas de popularidad, multi premiada,
     con ventas millonarias y de la que han hecho por lo menos 120 covers
     en el mundo, pero algo todavia mas grande sucedia en esos momentos;
     8 dias antes inicio transmisiones Rock 101, que hasta la fecha sigue
     siendo escuela para la Radio mexicana por sus innovaciones,
     concepto, programacion, locutores y mas. Este ano estamos celebrando
     el 35 aniversario de la famosa ôIdea Musicalö, de la ôMusica
     Rockcientounicaö y las inolvidables y educacionales ôVinetasö al
     final de cada cancion. Todo en un paquete de 2CDs+DVD con 35 temas
     en audio y 32 videos, infaltables de la mejor estacion de Radio que
     ha habido en Mexico, particularmente en ôLa Ciudad mas grande del
     mundoö como sonaba en sus promocionales. Con solo 12 anos al aire en
     su etapa inicial; Rock 101 cerro transmisiones en 1996. Por aquellos
     anos; los que sobrevivieron a La Macarena sabian que ya nada seria
     igual y a partir de entonces entrarian en una especie de
     oscurantismo radial.
