This is one for the traditionalist listener, with an ensemble
that focuses on the folk roots and avoids the fronds. While
some will find the recordings a bit 'stiff,' others will
welcome the straight-ahead, dance oriented approach the band
takes. Using nyckelharpa, violin, hardingfele, guitar,
keyboards, church organ, bass kantele and other traditional
instruments, from Denmark, Harpens Kraft revive the old ways
without apology.
