Release Notes:
Tora Bora Big Band is a group of 12 musicians of 6
different countrys, Portugal, Brasil, United
States, Denmark, Germany and Italy. This mix have
produced a sonority with an explosion of caribbean,
african and brasilien rhythms along with an
european approach to jazz.
Tora Tora Big Band were formed in 2001 by Johannes
Krieger and Lars Arens, two german musicians living
in Portugal. The other musicians are Miguel
Gonτalves and Guto Lucena from Brasil, Peter
Wetherill from the USA, Claus Nymark from Denmark,
Francesco Valente from Italy and ZΘ Maria, David
Rodrigues, Filipe Raposo, Hugo Meneses and AndrΘ
Pacheco from Portugal.
