Feuerhake û the beloved DJ from Hamburg is back!
Stefan Feuerhake AKA DJ Feuerhake û The beloved Dj from Hamburg is back
with a new album, available on CD for the beginning of June.
Meanwhile Synergetic Records has decided to give you a taste of StefanÆs
new sound with a special NICE PRICE - CD-Release that contains the
original and 8 great remixes of his dancefloor proven masterpiece TIC TAC.
These remixes were created by talented trance artists from the entire
world blending their unique style with Feuerhake's remarkable groove, the
resultant tracks will suit different moods and tastes, all of them are
very well produced and original, here is a brief review of every remix.
Original:
The original version packs quite a punch! Powerful progressive with tight
Hamburg style basslines combined with acidic leads and some great
psychedelic sounds makes every dancefloor move to the groove. The track is
melodic and has a daylight mood with organic sounds like tribal percussion
and nice female vocals.
And DJs: The girls love the tune! Feuerhake has tested it at several
parties and needed to be protected against masses of hysterical girls ;-)
The remixes go beyond the boundaries of classic german trance and refresh
an already great track:
Ovnimoon:
This Rmx is more uplifting than the original version of the track because
of the deep and powerful bassline. The percussions are tighter and will
wrap around you, the new leads have a more trancy feeling than the
original version which were more acid like. The break of the middle is
pretty cool it is interesting to have that nice breakbeats break. Pretty
good remix it definitively has Ovnimoon's flavor while preserving the
original track's essence
Idot:
The starting leads announce that the track will be energetic since the
beginning. Once the kick and bassline start we can tell this is a fullon
version. This rmx is full of nice happy melodies and very interesting turn
overs, fullon fans will enjoy to listen it. Awesome track for a morning
fullon set if played at the right time. It will for sure make a lasting
impression on the crowd.
El Zisco:
El Zisco version has a much more progressive feeling than the previous
versions, the bassline and progression is veeeery groovy and hypnotic, the
sounds are cool and very psychedelic, as the tracks progresses you will be
completely inmersed in the nice chord progression that invites you to
dance slowly with it, around the middle of the track you'll be completely
under control of this baby. This version fits very well in a club or in a
deep progressive dj set when the crowd has already fell into's dj's
groove.
Niebla Del Mar:
This version is groovy as well, the bassline is somewhat different and has
a hollow feeling, the arrangement is complex and has many unexpected
twists, the sounds of this version are nice and hypnotic alternating with
some rough stabs that will scratch your back while dancing to them, the
melody around the middle of the track is nice and catchy the arrangment
has a bouncy feeling to it. This one could fit well at an afternoon
dancefloor, it would work well on a club as well.
Kularis:
This version is powerful and uplifting with some rough psychedelic sounds
alternating with trancey chords, the effects on the voice sample have a
high resonance ringing feeling and fit well with the arrangement, as the
track continues progressing a nice psychedelic lead makes its appearance
that will make you feel good while listening to it. This version is
reminiscent of good scandinavian trance, that is powerful yet hypnotic
this one would be really appropiate to lift the crowd in a powerful
morning trance dj set. The way Kularis used the voice samples in this
version is very creative, making them very catchy and cool.
Philter:
This version starts with some acid synths and it suddenly explodes with a
tight bassline, after that we have really cool sounds and atmospheres
that alternate very well with the percussion, This track has a deep
hypnotic tribal feeling, if you close your eyes while dancing to it, you
will be automatically transported to a gathering at dusk around a huge
bonfire, dressed with just a small skirt made of palm you will be running
around it screaming along with fellow trancers that were also trapped into
the dimensional vortex, the leads and effects will become spirits of
different colors that will be dancing around you making some really cool
shapes playing and interacting with the crowd. OMG! really amazing
version, it will definitely work very well during the transition from day
to night.
Freelander:
This version has a nice spacey and playful feeling, the sounds are very
videogame like and the melodies will send vibes of happiness and peace
of mind, some of you will find this version interesting to listen at home
or in the car because the sounds are so playful they invite you to trip
with them, the lead that enters after the middle of the track has a nice
retro feeling of olden days of trance.
Ben Disaster:
This breakbeat version of the track has a really nice direction, after
the intro a really cool bassline kicks in coupled with a lead that gives
the track an epic feeling, the evolution of the track is very nice as it
is constantly progressing into something new and interesting, the
dialogue between the different elements of the arrangement is very rich
and near the climax of the track you'll have them all talking between
themselves which will keep you interested and asking what will happen
next?
